Visiting the Garden of Paradise: The Rawdah in Madinah
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Between my house and my pulpit is a garden from the gardens of Paradise." (Sahih al-Bukhari). Visiting the Noble Rawdah Al-Sharifah is among the most cherished aspirations of every pilgrim visiting Madinah.
To manage crowd density and ensure safety and tranquility, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah requires all visitors—both men and women—to secure a confirmed digital appointment through the official Nusuk application.
Prerequisites for Booking:
- An officially issued and active Saudi Visa (eVisa or Umrah Visa).
- Your registered passport number and visa number.
- The official Nusuk mobile application downloaded on iOS or Android.
Step-by-Step Booking Guide:
- Download and launch the Nusuk application.
- Select 'New User' and choose 'Visitor'.
- Enter your Visa Number, Passport Number, Nationality, Date of Birth, and create a secure password.
- Verify your account via the SMS/Email OTP code.
- Navigate to 'Praying in the Noble Rawdah' and select your gender (Men and Women have separate schedules).
- Choose your preferred date and time slot from the availability calendar.
- Confirm your reservation. Save the generated QR permit on your smartphone to present at the designated Rawdah entrance gates.
